Questions
- What is an audio minute?
- One minute of mix length. A 90-minute mix uses 90 minutes, whatever it finds. Minutes are reserved when you submit and settled from the real length when the run finishes.
- What happens when I run out?
- New mixes are refused with the minutes they would need, and you can upgrade or wait for the next period. Mixes already running finish. On a plan, a mix someone else has already analysed is copied to your workspace at no cost.
- Do re-runs cost minutes?
- Running a whole mix again does. Listening again inside one slot and refreshing store links are free on Pro and Studio.
- Can I cancel?
- Any time from Billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. After that you can still read and share every finished tracklist; identifying new mixes needs a plan again.
